2. Health Data Privacy & AI Meal Generation
When you use our AI meal plan generator, the fitness goals and dietary preferences you provide are sent to our AI processing partner to generate a personalized plan. This data is:
- Used solely to generate your meal plan and improve plan quality.
- Not sold to third parties or used for unrelated marketing.
- Stored on your account so you can access your plans at any time.
- Accessible only to you and, if you are a client, your assigned coach.
Health data is sensitive. You may request deletion of your meal logs, goals, and generated plans at any time by contacting us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize training and nutrition services.
- To process payments and manage bookings.
- To send service-related communications (booking confirmations, plan updates).
- To improve our Platform and AI-generated recommendations.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers essential to operations (Stripe for payments, our AI partner for meal generation). We do not sell your personal data. Admin staff may access client data to provide coaching and manage bookings.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
